Magnolia Estates is a licensed Medicare and Medicaid facility and meets all federal and state criteria for Skilled Nursing Facilities. 24-hour nursing care is provided by licensed staff and a Medical Director supervises the care of residents and maintains appropriate medical records concerning their care. Our 48-bed ventilator and respiratory unit is staffed round-the-clock with a team of specialists to care for our patients who need specialized trach/ventilator management.
Our quick recovery program is created to get the post-hospital patient home sooner. And for those who might need a little more care for a little while longer? We offer long-term care, as well.
